The ashrama was started in 1926.
Activities of the Math centre :
A students’ home with 59 students.
A Computer training centre with 60 students.
A library with 4044 books and 3 periodicals.
A charitable allopathic-cum-homoeopathic dispensary, which
treated 19,716 cases.
A publication department.
Daily worship and weekly religious classes and a study-circle.
Celebration of the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother
Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda, and also Jagaddhatri
Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, etc.
Welfare work by way of providing pecuniary and educational aid.
