Ramakrishna Math (Beni Pal Udyan), Sinthi, Kolkata, which was under the direct supervision of Headquarters since 2001, was made an independent branch centre of Ramakrishna Math in September 2011. This garden-house of a brahmo-devotee, Sri Benimadhav Pal, was sanctified by several visits of Sri Ramakrishna and his disciples.
Activities of the Math centre :
Free medical treatment once a week.
A public library with 1141 books.
Daily prayers and religious classes, Ramnam on Ekadashi days, and celebration of the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and other religious personalities.
