Started in 1938, this ashrama is situated in full view of the sea (Ramakrishna Beach).
Activities :
- An English-medium high school in a locality a little away from the ashrama, with 313 boys and 290 girls.
- A library and a free reading room with 15,666 books.
- An allopathic dispensary in which 4641 patients were treated.
- Two mobile medical units which treated 1,91,110 cases. Rural eye camps were conducted, in which 72 patients were operated on.
- Doll exhibition on the lives of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother, and Swami Vivekananda.
- Religious activities: Daily worship, weekly scriptural discourses, occasional retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna and other spiritual luminaries.
